At TheravaCare, we believe relief should be felt—not promised.

That’s why every one of our products is backed by our 90-Day Comfort Guarantee. If you don’t feel the difference, you can request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in good condition
  • Must include original packaging, cables, and accessories
  • Return request must be made within 90 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

⚠️ Due to the wearable and personal-use nature of this product, items with excessive wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a full refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@theravacare.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos (if item is defective)
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with:
    • Approval status
    • Return instructions 
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

Refunds

  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 additional business days for your bank to reflect the refund

Exchanges

  • Available for defective items or product issues
  • Subject to availability
  • If unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly:

  • Contact us within 90 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
